This workshop will be presented in English and Spanish language, and will cover:
Different tracks for applying for humanitarian status in the United States.
Asylum: Concept: For those persecuted due to race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or social group.
TPS (Temporary Protected Status): A temporary status (not a Green Card) for people from specific countries deemed unsafe due to war or disaster (e.g., Haiti, Venezuela, Ukraine).
